When we started sip, our dream was to work with an independent winery who had an innovative approach to making wine. So we were delighted to partner with Castillo de Monjardín - an award winning family run winery located in the northwest of Navarra, Spain in the foothills of the Pyrenees.

The unique microclimate of Monjardín's high-altitude vineyards, influenced by the Atlantic coast, gives their wines a distinctive character.
Night Harvest White Wine Can

Night Harvest

100% Chardonnay (unoaked)

This unoaked Chardonnay is harvested in the cool of the night to preserve its freshness, vibrancy, and crisp acidity. With bright notes of citrus, apple, and white peach, it delivers excellent concentration and a rich, lingering finish. Navarra's unique latitude, combined with its high-altitude vineyards, cool breezes, and sunshine, creates the perfect conditions for producing grapes with remarkable depth of flavour, resulting in a refreshing and well-balanced wine.

75 Vines Red Wine Can

75 Vines

100% Garnacha (6 months oak ageing)

The grapes are harvested from a 75-year-old vineyard called La Cantera (the Quarry), where the stony terroir helps radiate heat in the cold evenings, while ripening the grapes. The older the vines the more expressive the wine, and this Garnacha has punchy flavours. After pressing and fermentation, the wine is aged for 6 months in oak barrels, adding structure and imparting subtle notes of spice and aroma. Ruby in color, this wine boasts ripe red berry flavours, with a well-balanced profile and a smooth, velvety finish on the palate.
