When we started sip, our dream was to work with an independent winery who had an innovative approach to making wine. So we were delighted to partner with Castillo de Monjardín, an award-winning, family-run winery in the northwest of Navarra, Spain, in the foothills of the Pyrenees.

The unique microclimate of Monjardín's high-altitude vineyards, influenced by the Atlantic coast, gives their wines a distinctive character.
